Sister Pat Doody, OSF

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Sr. Pat is a member of the Sisters of St. Francis of Dubuque, Iowa.  Her ministerial background includes secondary education, parish ministry, faith formation, and initial formation work for her congregation.  She has ministered in Dubuque, Chicago, Mississippi, and Florida primarily among multi-cultural communities. Sr. Pat’s formal education includes a B.A. in English Secondary Education, an M.Ed. in Secondary Education, and an M. Div with a concentration in women’s spirituality.  She is currently working on a Ph.D. in Practical Theology.  “I am privileged to walk with our Franciscan novices this year as we journey toward a deeper understanding, integration and sharing of our Franciscan charism and participate in the future of our Franciscan way of life.”

Sister Maureen McCarthy
OSF

Sister Maureen is a member of the School Sisters of St. Francis, an international congregation founded in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Her ministerial background includes 18 years as a missionary in Central America where she accompanied indigenous women discerning vocation to religious life, and six years in pastoral ministry among the Tohono O'odham Nation in southeast Arizona. She recently completed eight years in provincial leadership and serving as the team liaison for new members. Sister Maureen joined Sister Rose as Novice Co-Minister for the TOR-FCN in July, 2012.
