Executive Director – Sponsored Ministries/CEO
As CEO of this new corporation of the Sisters of St. Francis, the successful individual will be responsible for the overall direction and management of the organization. The Executive Director will develop and implement the long range strategic plan and provide oversight for mission development as it relates to governance of the sponsored ministries. This individual will be liaison to the Leadership Team of the Sisters of St. Francis and to the Sponsored Ministries.
The candidate must have a strong financial and business acumen, have successfully worked closely with boards of directors, understand stewardship and be able to handle all corporate facets of an organization. Leadership and the ability to facilitate collaboration are critical. Demonstrated success in an executive role, ability to travel and manage multiple priorities is essential.
BS degree required; Masters or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 7 years in an executive position. Understanding and commitment to the support of the Franciscan mission and values is critical.
